Hard candy is probably the easiest homemade candy to make, but it is not the best choice for a wedding.

Many different kinds of molds are readily available and help you add that special touch. For the most part, your own unique designs can be accomplished with the use of chocolate candy molds. Molds can be made out of various materials but the easiest molds to use are made out of silicone or plastic. Some molds, though not as user-friendly, are made of metal. These metal molds are more durable, but sometimes cause a problem when extracting the candy from the mold. The flexibility of the plastic molds makes them the molds of choice for chocolate.

There are many types of molds for making chocolate, they include: bon bon molds; Christmas molds; animals, nature and sports molds. There really is quite a variety and you can mix, match, and combine to your heart's content.

The advantage to using these molds is that, for the most part, the molds are flat, lending themselves to simple use. It is very easy. The chocolate is poured into the indention; when the chocolate hardens, the candies are extracted from the molds... unique and bite-sized. With these molds you make many chocolates at once. The candies are flat on one side because the indentations (the candy shapes) are pressed into a flat sheet... much like very shallow muffin pans,. This is not a problem because for the few, really special 3-d candies, they can be made separately using different, more intricate, molds.

The hollow mold is one such exciting tool for making chocolate goodies. This mold produces candies with hollow centers that you can fill with many different fillers... Fruits, caramel, peanut butter, and more, from your creative imagination. A 3-D mold is another type. This mold lets you create larger chocolate figures that have detail on all sides.

The definition above only gives a small idea of what spirituality is all about. It is a very personal and even private concept. Most people will spend hours talking about religion and never say one word about their spirituality. There are a lot of misconceptions about spirituality. Just because a person is religious doesn't mean that they are spiritual.

Since spirituality is a very personal idea, the definition is hard to relay. Individually, a person can be spiritual by communing with nature or helping the sick. It is all about what makes you feel closer to your higher power. Every religion has a spiritual component. Whether or not a connection is made relies entirely up to those who believe in that deity.

On a personal level, I connect to my high power through the arts and crafts I create. Every time I pick up a bead, a wire or a paint brush, I feel a sense of harmony with the world around me. Every time I finish a painting or a piece of jewelry, I feel a sense of tranquility and serenity. Every time a project comes together, a sense of elation comes over me. This is my spirituality.

Then like any religion, I give the offerings of my spirituality to those who I love or who show that they would appreciate the item. This sends my spirituality out into the world for others to see and enjoy. To see my jewelry being worn by a friend, neighbor, co-worker or family member makes my heart soar and my soul sing. This is the ultimate spirituality, the sharing of oneself with others.

Defining Your Target Markets For Realtors - Stop Selling to Everybody Out There, You're Losing Money

Defining your target markets as a Realtor is critical to your success. The myth among Realtors is that you're selling your services to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home. The truth is that you need to narrow down the criteria for your ideal prospect you want to work with. If you do, you can triple your closings and earn thousands more in commissions. Let me explain......

First off, I'm not saying that if a prospect, who you wouldn't normally want to work with, comes to you and wants to buy a home, that you turn them away. Take the business, if you want it. I would.

What I am saying is that when it comes to your brand and your image as a Realtor, you need to target that specifically to the prospects that are most likely to respond to it. Work on defining your target markets and focus your marketing dollars on those prospects, rather than every person out there who's breathing.

For example, let's say you were a war veteran. In your real estate business, instead of having all your marketing pieces and efforts say you're the "Best Realtor" to work with; describe how you are the "VA Realtor Ready to Help". Become known as that and make sure that "brand" is in all your marketing. That's the essence of what defining your target markets is all about.

Next, you target your "VA Realtor" marketing brand to, whom else? Veterans, of course! You can buy a list of the veterans in your area (there are a number of ways to do this) and market directly to them.

They'll be far more likely to identify with you than any regular, "Joe Shmo" Realtor out there. You appear as a specialist and end up grabbing a bigger piece of the real estate pie.

Are you starting to see how this can revolutionize your real estate business? Are you realizing how important defining your target markets is to your success as a Realtor?

Your marketing dollars will go light years further if you spend them this way. Naturally, your conversion rates will rise too; that's the point.

So if you were getting, let's say, 1 client for every 1000 postcards you mailed out, you could easily triple that and get 3 clients due to simply defining your target markets like this. See how much more your marketing dollars can stretch?

The hardest part of defining your target markets as a Realtor, which isn't really that hard, is deciding who you want to go after. And you don't need to only have 1 target market; you can have multiple target markets.

Let's continue our earlier example; you could target veterans but you could also target first-time home buyers in a certain neighborhood as well. You could be "Mr. Friendly: The First-Time Home Buying Specialist" (only don't be that corny). Of course, you can't use the same marketing message for both target markets but you can design your message and marketing pieces specifically to each.

Think about this whole marketing concept like this......

Citicorp is a gigantic corporation with many, many offerings to the public. They have a credit card product, an insurance product, a mortgage division, a banking division, etc.

Just as you will be defining your target markets as a Realtor, Citicorp defines their target markets for each of their services and products. They may cross-sell products to each market but when they're marketing a particular product, they're intentionally going after a certain type of prospect.

I know, I know, you're not a huge corporation so this doesn't even apply, right? Wrong! You can do the exact same thing; just on a smaller scale.

Once you start defining your target markets as a Realtor, there are tons of ways to market specifically to those prospects. I can't go through all of them here but a few good options to start with are...

buy lists of your target markets to email or direct mail to design all your marketing pieces specifically for your prospects place any marketing ads in publications and websites that are tailored to your target markets join associations that are specific to your target markets and begin networking with them tell everyone you know what type of prospect you're a perfect fit for brand your clothing to reflect your image out in public

Starting today, don't continue to sell to every person out there with a pulse. Begin defining your target markets you want to work with as a Realtor and start tailoring your marketing like a laser beam on those prospects. It's going to make you a pant load of cash, believe me!

Once the launched from the station you'll be spun through a series of twists and turns at break neck speed with more than enough surprises to keep your heart beating fast until you pull back into the station.

Finally we have something a little more traditional with the brilliant Stampida, a classic wooden roller coaster. The twist on this ride is the fact you'll be racing alongside another train round the track and back to the start.

6" Sander has a short 1/8" stroke for fine finish work and is well balanced for smooth, low-vibration operation. 2.5 Amp, 6,000 to 10,500 opm. Random Orbit Sanders are specifically designed for the critical last sanding step before applying the finish. The ETS 150/3 EQ sander features the Festool Multi-JetStream dust extraction system which maximizes abrasive life, a sanding pad brake to prevent scratches when starting or removing the sander from the work piece, stepless electronic speed control to allow precise matching of power to the task at hand, and fatigue-reducing ergonomic design. So here we go for some chicken alfredo recipes:

>>Chicken Alfredo

1 1/2 pounds chicken strips or tenders

1 1/3 cups french's® french fried onions

1 12 oz. Jar alfredo sauce

1 cup frozen peas thawed

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons bacon bits hot cooked pasta

1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet until hot. Stir fry chicken until browned.

2. Stir in 2/3 cup french's® french fried onions and remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Serve over pasta. Top with remaining onions.

>>Chicken Breasts Alfredo

3 whole chicken breasts split/boned

1 cup fine bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated romano cheese

1/2 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup snipped parsley

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons water

3 eggs

3 tablespoons butter

6 slices mozzarella cheese

Cheese sauce

1 cup whipping cream or evaporate milk

1/2 cup grated romano cheese

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup snipped parsley

1/4 cup water

Coat chicken with flour. Mix eggs, water, romano cheese, parsley and salt. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then into bread crumbs. Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Cook chicken breasts over med. Heat until browned about 15 min. Remove chicken to baking dish 11-1/2 x 7-1/2". Heat oven to 425. Make cheese sauce. Pour cheese sauce over chicken. Top each piece with a slice of cheese. Bake until cheese melts and chicken is tender, about 8 min.

Cheese sauce: heat cream, water and butter in 1-qt. Saucepan until butter melts. Add cheese; cook and stir over med. Heat for 5 min. Stir in parsley.
